MEET ME!
PIANO TEACHER
I started playing piano at the age of 6, eventually studying classical music at the Levine School of Music and Washington Conservatory. Teaching since 2019 and with 6.5 years of experience, I believe lessons should be a mix of fun and dedication, and that it is important every student sees their teacher as both coach and confidant.
I have experience teaching across all genres, age ranges, and abilities. In my free time, I enjoy nature, writing, and spending time with my chihuahua-terrier Blossom (pictured), the namesake of the company!
WHAT SETS ME APART?
I can play upon listening to pretty much anything - and thus can teach any song, whether simple or advanced, to anyone. You name it!
WHAT CAN I TEACH?
All genres! If you have something in mind, chances are I’ve had experience with it.
WHO CAN I TEACH?
I welcome students of all levels, ages 6 and up. No prior experience required - just a willingness to learn and a commitment to doing so. I require a weekly lesson rhythm in order to encourage continuous learning and progress.
WHERE CAN I TEACH?
I am located in DC and can travel to your home provided you have a working electronic keyboard / piano. All within Montgomery County are welcome to sign up for lessons. I am also open to students in Upper NW DC. Use the CONTACT form to get in touch.
WHEN CAN I TEACH?
My availability is typically Monday through Thursday late afternoons and evenings.
CREATIVE TEACHER
My talents are not limited to music. Join me at an upcoming writing/journaling workshop or retreat! You’ll learn a ton and are guaranteed to have fun and walk away with a renewed sense of self. My aim is to strengthen connection with self and community through writing and restorative journaling - something I like to call neuro-crafting!
My company is named after my dog - 14 years old and kicking. Welcome to my little corner: part teacher and part artist. I’ve been trying for some time to build a brand that promotes creativity and forms community bonds.
Blossom Neurocrafts hosts and teaches writing workshops, and will organize an upcoming restorative retreat. This is uniquely my space - a space where I give YOU the space to learn and grow.
